Your placenta is an amazing organ that your body created to sustain life within you! That’s pretty incredible! Even if encapsulation and ingestion is not for you, I offer other services to honour your amazing placenta. Either on their own or in addition to encapsulation:

This is a beautiful alternative if encapsulation is not your jam. And especially if you still have your placenta in the freezer because you know you want to honour it but you’re not sure how.
This is a biodegradable, holistic way to return your placenta chakra to the earth.
I collect it, clean it and prepare it for burial with astringent herbs and flowers. Honouring the life force that sustained and nurtured your precious babe. You’ll receive a biodegradable placenta cocoon back, ready to bury in a special place. I also include a special prayer and ceremonial instructions
Bury it under a special flower or fruit tree and then watch as your babe honours their life force and the placenta provides beauty in return.
So so beautiful!

The placenta tincture is made from taking a very small portion of the raw or steamed placenta and placing it in a prepared solution of alcohol for a minimum of 6 weeks. After this time it is strained off to create the 100ml tincture that is then express posted to you.
Tinctures can be used once your placenta capsules are finished, in any time of emotional distress, transition, hormonal imbalance or illness. It’s even great for teething babies! Stored in a cool, dark place the tincture will remain shelf-stable for many years.
Tinctures are an additional $60

Placenta prints are a beautiful way to remember your Tree of Life.
The print is taken using the fetal side of the placenta with dominant vessel structures and the umbilical cord. Placenta prints may be produced using the natural raw colour of the placenta (dries as red/brown) or using natural dyes such as beetroot or blueberry juice.
These colours wash off easily before the placenta is processed for encapsulation.  I use acid- free artists paper. Please check out my Instagram & Facebook accounts for examples.
Prints are an additional $25

All encapsulation services include a complimentary cord keepsake. The ability to dry the cord into a keepsake shape will depend of the length that has been left uncut. I can do your baby’s first initial, a love heart, a spiral, even a dreamcatcher Examples can be seen on my Facebook & Instagram pages.

Lactation treats may be the best-kept secret among breastfeeding mums. The ingredients in these yummy bliss balls work in a number of different ways to help new mamas boost and maintain their milk supply.
What makes these delicious treats so special is that they contain galactagogues, which are substances that promote lactation in humans and animals. Galactagogues can be found in various herbs and foods.
The brewer’s yeast, wheat germ, flaxseed meal and whole oats in lactation cookies are what specifically help with a lactating mother’s milk supply.
Brewer’s yeast, most commonly known for its use in the production of beer, contains iron, protein, B vitamins, chromium, selenium and various other trace minerals. Not only does it promote milk supply, it is believed to help with fatigue and the “baby blues.”
Wheat germ is beneficial because it contains zinc, which is a must for breastfeeding. Zinc aids the immune system and even helps to protect cracked nipples, a common occurrence when breastfeeding. Like brewer’s yeast, it is also believed to help with postpartum depression.
Oats are another must for breastfeeding mothers. They are high in fiber and full of iron, protein and complex carbohydrates. Low levels of iron in the body can actually reduce milk supply.
Flaxseed has good fats and enzymes, which are important for increasing the content of breast milk.
Anyone can eat lactation bliss balls, even dads, since they are high in nutrients that everybody needs.

Mothers Broth is essentially the “juices” that your placenta was steamed in. After being cleaned, the placenta was steamed with ginger and myrrh. This strengthens the healing power of your placenta. So the broth that is left after the steaming process contains all those awesome nutrients. You can drink it straight away for an energy boost or add it to soups or smoothies to disguise the taste. Women report their milk coming in quicker and feelings of general well being and happiness. If you don’t use it within 3 days it can be frozen and added to stew and casseroles etc when needed. If you’re not so keen, it also works as amazing plant food!
